PRODUCT ASSESSMENT IS NOT A FULL INDEPENDENT THREAT ANALYSIS
When we provide you with an Independent Threat Analysis, more commonly known as the Security Risk Assessment, we do not expect you to purchase any products or to sign up for any services or installation of any security equipment. This is where our independence is to be noted, as we are not affiliated to any other company. We do not receive any form of financial compensation or commission for any of the solutions that we provide to our clients within the Security Plan. Our role is purely advisory. The Independent Threat Analysis will only supply with generic options in terms of security hardware. Should a specific brand or model be recommended, this is only because research has proved that this specific item overshadows others in its type, purpose and genre.
Many other companies are willing to provide you a form of a Risk Assessment that is either free or at a minimal cost. This is by no means an Independent Threat Analysis. The client wrongly believes that he is receiving a full Security Risk Assessment, when in fact they are being provided with a Product Assessment. Not all risks are properly identified and solutions are often predetermined in regards to which items within the seller’s catalogue can be used within the security system, or to what the salesman believes the client can afford. The scope as desired by the client is sometimes completely ignored and often the client simply feels like he is not being listened to.
Security is not Guesswork!
All solutions as supplied by Alwinco within the Security Risk Assessment and Independent Threat Analysis are solely based on the outcome of the extensive security investigation. Security is definitely not guesswork and each aspect of your physical security system is analysed individually, as well as within the whole. Our entire enquiry and study into your security consists of many different layers, which allow us to effectively identify opportunity that is created for a crime to be committed. Once you are aware of this, steps can be taken to eliminate these opportunities which enable you to make your property more resistant to criminal attack and, more often than not, to actually prevent the crime from occurring.
