Long before any site work begins, a structured process takes place to ensure that the assessment is focused, organised, and aligned with the client’s specific objectives. Proper planning enables the efficient allocation of resources, the gathering and verification of information, and the professional management of project timelines. This preparation strengthens the quality and accuracy of the assessment while enabling us to conduct the work in a systematic manner that delivers meaningful and practical results for the client.

Assessment Planning & Scheduling

I would like to clarify that every Security risk assessment conducted by Alwinco begins with a planning phase, which is a critical part of the overall process. During this stage, we structure the assessment, align it with your specific requirements, and allocate the appropriate resources from the outset.

Before any site work begins, a substantial amount of preparation takes place in the background. This includes gathering and verifying information, developing the assessment approach, allocating resources, and scheduling the work to ensure a thorough and professional outcome.

As outlined in our proposal

planning and resource allocation can only commence once the set-up fee has been received.

This fee enables us to formally activate your project, begin research and preparation, and schedule the assessment within our workflow.

We manage multiple projects concurrently and schedule assessments on a first-come, first-served basis once clients complete all required documentation and we confirm payment. In some cases, we may be able to begin on site within 7 days of receiving the set-up fee. However, the timeline depends on our current project commitments and resource availability at the time of confirmation.

Please note that if you delay approving the proposal, our original availability may change because we may schedule other projects during that period.

For international clients,

Please allow additional time for payment clearance through the South African Reserve Bank before planning can begin.

Once you have finalised all required documentation and we have received payment, we will activate your project in our system and formally commence planning.
